He was exceptionally friendly and explained everything about the sale to us and took care of everything. He made sure I was comfortable driving the car and that I understood all the features. We certainly enjoyed our buying experience and appreciate all he has done. In addition, we also met with Mike Bilbow. He provided instructions regarding the technology of the car in further detail. He was also exceptionally nice and explained everything in such a way it was easy to understand. We appreciate the time he spent with us and he certainly made our learning experience a pleasure. We also met with Bob Borman to complete the sale and he explained extended warranty and other factors. He was also very nice. I would highly recommend Elkins Chevrolet and especially Boris and Mike. I know this as we do our homework, check surrounding deals at other dealerships. We check the Internet and research the vehicles as well. Pound for pound no one can come close to Elkins. This time around we had the pleasure of meeting Todd Hersh/Salesman, for the first time. Again, I see why we go to Elkins. He was kind courteous and one of the most professional sales people I've ever met. Todd made us feel right at home. You can get a car/truck anywhere but the dealership is only as good as the people that work there. I can truly say, Elkins has the best employees as well. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. He told me what I needed to know. I liked that. There was no guessing. As I left the show room with my new vehicle I felt empowered, enlightened and educated. I would also like to give a shout out to Lisa Hulmes in finance for making my experience so pleasant and Mike Bilbow for leading me through the technical stuff. No complaints here, just kudos! More

This is a Great Team! I have been to one Chevy Dealership before going to Elkins, and the experience was night and day. I went in wanting a Colorado Z71 and the previous de I have been to one Chevy Dealership before going to Elkins, and the experience was night and day. I went in wanting a Colorado Z71 and the previous dealership was trying to get me in the WT model, did not look into any discounts for me or anything. The experience was bad. The following day I spoke to Terri Parzyck on the phone and told her what I was interested in and made a trip to Elkins and met Todd Hersh. I told him what I wanted and soon presented me with the ride I was going to drive off with. What I really liked about Todd was his passion for what he does and he made sure that I got every discount possible to get me in my payment range. Unlike my last experience at the other place. After all was said and done Todd made the process very easy and smooth. Mike Bilbow has great passion as well when it came to all the technology that is built in the truck. Like Todd he is very passionate about what he does. His detail in explanation is superb. He ran into one little issue that resolved itself with the GPS system (which was probably because my wife and I bought a new construction home and our address was not available yet.) Yet he did his research and reached out to me with his findings. HE REALLY CARES ABOUT WHAT HE DOES! Not every deal can go perfect and Todd and I ran into that with the GM Supplier Discount which by no means is Elkins fault. This is here Bob Borman comes into play. To make a long story short we battled for 3 weeks to get this code, and Bob drove me nuts with this by always reminding me "I KNOW YOU QUALIFY FOR IT". Once I was able to retrieve the code it made everything after smooth. Overall the experience was great, and in so many ways the issue with the GM Supplier Discount program just showed me how passionate the Elkin's team is at making sure their customers and satisfied. God Bless this team! They are amazing at what they do! Looking forward to working with these guys in the future! More

A Great Experience Once Again I just purchased a beautiful 2016 Camaro convertible that is Certified Preowned after looking for a car for several months. My salesperson Todd Hersh worked with me during this period to help find me the perfect car. Todd was always accessible even on his days off - even coming in on his day off to show me a car. When it got close to purchase Todd and Adam Elkins worked with me on the purchase price. Bob Borman was great having the car shipped out of state for me to a secondary home (which just happens to be two blocks from another Chevy dealer) and Lisa Hulmes was very helpful completing the financial part of the sale. Of course I can't forget to mention a super nice guy Mike Bilbow who helped me with the technical aspects of the car including Apple CarPlay. I definitely will continue to purchase from Elkins Chevy. What separates them from other dealers is the family atmosphere that exists at Elkins between the owners and the employees. They truly are a great group of people who treat their customers like friends. More

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and introduced to Jason. He showed us what we wanted and went thru all the ins and out of the truck. He actually sold us on something we weren't sure we wanted but know it will fit our family perfectly. The process took a while but everyone was helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Chevy to go see Jason. More
