Exceptional Service! Ask for Boris! I was contacted by someone from Elkins about trading in my old lease for a new one. The + was, that if I came in for a test drive of the new Cruze, I I was contacted by someone from Elkins about trading in my old lease for a new one. The + was, that if I came in for a test drive of the new Cruze, I would get a $50 gift card. Since my lease was ended, I was weighing my options for my lease end: keep my car, lease a new Cruze or Honda, or get a used car. My salesman was Boris. The first Cruze he showed me was on the show room floor. The technology features were awesome (sound package), and this was on top of the heated seats and sunroof. I wasn't fond of the color of the car he showed me, but I fell in love with the Blue color Boris brought out for my test drive. The problem was, it didn't have the same package. To make a loooong story short, Boris was able to find the car in the color I wanted and was able to get it shipped to Elkins. Even after that, for about three weeks following the test drive, I was undecided about leasing the new Cruze, and had pretty much decided to keep my car. Then, I received a call from Boris and the sales manager who worked out the deal of a lifetime that I couldn't refuse. Now I'm in my new blue Cruze....cruising. Everyone at Elkins from start with Boris (and his manager), to Mike who explained & set up the technology in my car, to Lisa, the business manager who helped me sign the deal was superb! More

I was expecting some compromise on my choices considering the large number of color and option combinations and the scarcity of some of the options that I was looking for. Fortunately I found the car that met all of my specifications at Elkins Chevrolet. The personnel at the dealership went out of their way to make this an outstanding transaction. This was an interstate transaction that required a level of trust to put a deposit on a car sight unseen. Adam provided correct information on the options and condition of the car (nearly flawless). Bill picked me up at the airport and both had all the right paperwork ready to go as they made sure they got all the information they needed from me before I flew in to complete the transaction. Additionally, Mike is very knowledgeable about the technical features of the car (which has far more than I've experienced in a car) and took the time to show me enough of them to get me going and to answer all my questions. Additionally, Bill provided me with information on how to detail the exterior of the car as he is an expert in this area. More
