Bad Business So tired of calling and getting no where. Call to find out what is going on and always get no where. Several times I have been told I will get called right back, NEVER HAPPENS. I speak with Jason in finance today, he promised to call me back never did not surprised. I'm so done with this. Bad business and even better liar's. Wish I never stopped there will do everything in my power to make sure never to recommend FORD OF PORT RICHEY EVER. You guys make car buying horrible. I even spoke with you Farouk Hosein and was promised that you would overnight another temp tag never happen, had to call again to get it done finally got it after driving on an expired temp tag for over a week. Soon I will have to try and get my 3rd temp tag because no one will do their job or care about customer service especially once you get your money for the vehicle. Not even expecting you to respond back because that is how you Guys operate. Had the vehicle less than a month and broke down would not fix it or even look at it said it wasn't their problem had to have it towed to VW . Future buyers Beware of this Dealership More
