Starting with Robin, the sales & leasing agent. Her professionalism and kindness were off the charts. She make me feel confident all the time during the whole process. And Mike, the finance manager. In charge of the the negotiations with the banks, went the extra mile to get it done. He really make things happen. (got to be careful with this guy, he's a tiger, but a good one). And last but not least, Tracy, the leasing manager. She got off her desk and did a test drive to my car to make sure first hand that everything with the vehicle was working properly. This kind of service didn't exist, in my view, until I experienced in Walker Ford. Coming from PR and not knowing anything about how the process works, I was confused.
