On 6/30/19, that dream has finally become a reality, thanks to years of hard work and the amazing people at Walker Ford. When I first reached out to Tracy, she immediately cut me a great deal on my new to me, certified pre owned 2017 Mustang GT California Special. I next dealt with Robin, who was just one of absolutely the most incredible people I've ever dealt with, and the best sales person I've ever dealt with by miles. She answered every question I had and made the whole process a blast. Her unwavering enthusiasm, keeping in contact with me, and even her awesome stories she told us while we had time to kill waiting on paperwork to finish, she was an absolute joy to deal with. She even got the car serviced for me the night before I came in to purchase it so I could hear a cold start on it, which was just incredible, and I'm unbelievably grateful that her and the wonderful people here were able to make, a perhaps admittedly silly request on my part, happen specifically because it would make me happy. Mike in finance was also awesome to deal with. He was honest, straight forward, and helped me make the best decisions possible based on my needs and wants. I have to point out that his enthusiasm was also much appreciated. As he said: "purchasing a car should be a fun experience," and it most certainly was thanks to everyone here. GM Ivey, if you're reading this, you have an amazing team around you. I can't say enough kind things about the people here at Walker Ford and my experience here, especially Robin. I found a comparable truck at another dealer and they agreed to beat their price. I was out of town at the time and with a $500 deposit they held my truck for 3 days. When I came to get my truck I was in and out in just over 2 hours including financing. More

She was very throrough and took a lot of time making sure I understood how everything works. She helped me set up my phone and downloaded the Ford Pass explaining how to find the information for myself. I am also confident she went the extra mile to get me the best deal available. Mike, in Finance, was also extremely helpful explaining all of the different options available in the various Maintenance Plans. He made sure I understood exactly what I was spending my money on.
