DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! !!!! I brought my palisade in under warranty and extended warranty due to it having transmission issues. They kept it 3 days! I never received a phone !!!! I brought my palisade in under warranty and extended warranty due to it having transmission issues. They kept it 3 days! I never received a phone call with updates the entire time. Th only reason I found out it was "done" was because I called 20 times and finally got someone on the phone. I left 10 messages over the 3 days and no one called me back. They diagnosed my truck with having no issues!!! I asked for an oil change on the truck while they had it, that was not done as well!! As soon as I drive the truck off their lot it starts doing the same thing. I take the truck to ALLEN TURNER HYUNDAI and the truck needs a brand new transmission!!!!!!! DIAGNOSED IN 4 hours!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PR SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE SNAKES!!!!!!! More

Best experience in buying a vehicle I have ever had. Mr. Tim Lee and Mr. Mike Booth could not have been more helpful in this new car purchase. From meeting me at the door through the entire process till Mr. Tim Lee and Mr. Mike Booth could not have been more helpful in this new car purchase. From meeting me at the door through the entire process till I drove off the lot. Mike could not have been more helpful from his first introduction to the final signing and lesson 101 on my new Tucson. I feel like Mike took a one on one interest in my effort from start to finish with my new purchase. He went out of his way to stay late the day of purchase to make sure I was confident in my decision, that meant a lot since I was so sorry causing this delay. He has since called to check on me and my new Tucson and seemed to really care about me and my decision. Although car dealers may have a bad rep this man truly proves that wrong! Palmer's Hyundai truly has shown me that new car buying does not have to be so stressful. This will be my dealer and dealership of choice to everyone I know. Guess you could say I am SOLD! More
