I bought a Mazda CX9 in 2023 and was never informed by the sales rep that the Mazda had a branded title. I had reached out to Mike our sales rep several times and he doesn't return calls or text back. the sales rep that the Mazda had a branded title. Also reached out to the owners of Lenz with no reply. Disappointed that a car dealership of this size would be so shady in selling vehicles that are branded and not letting the consumer know ahead time. They claim they are the lowest in town and have excellent customer service but that has yet to be proven to me. More

Finance guy was great , I signed a purchase agreement but when I got there it got changed. I signed the agreement with a 5000 trade in value but had to settle for 3000 which I’ve never had that happen before when I got there it got changed. I signed the agreement with a 5000 trade in value but had to settle for 3000 which I’ve never had that happen before , Mike basically called me a liar about the condition of the truck . He never asked me the condition of the trade in just wanted mileage and VIN over the phone . Apparently purchase agreements only work for the dealer . I’m 60 years old and this is by far the worst vehicle buying experience I’ve had. My wife and drive 9 hours to get this truck and got treated like liars I will not recommend Lenz to anyone . More
