We could tell that Mike was a seasoned sales person and dealt with us in a most friendly manner. He was very straight forward and he knew his product. My wife and I have had some bad experiences with some local sales people from other dealerships in Fond du Lac and Mike was a breath of fresh air. When we walked into your dealership, we knew exactly what we wanted and what was available on your lot. Your website is an excellent site and answered many of our questions prior to visiting your dealership. Mike was quick to answer additional questions and made some excellent suggestions on what he could do for us, since we wanted heated seats in one particular vehicle along with a soft tonneau cover, mud flaps, etc. The additional items were presented to us at very reasonable prices without adding any additional pressure on us. If you are looking for a new or used truck, I highly recommend dealing with Lenz Auto in particular dealing with Mike. Although there was no wiggle room in the price, I felt the Lenz Truck pricing was still very fair after checking blue book and other sellers. This was my 5th out-of-state vehicle purchase and give Mike thumbs-up for his friendly, prompt and courteous service. My FJ was on its way to Honolulu 2 days after my wire transfer was sent! Awesome! Perfect experience I had put off purchasing a vehicle for over a year until I could get my credit back from where it now sits. My other vehicle forced my hand and I swallowed my pride and contacted Lenz. I emailed Lenz based on the online testimonials like the one I am now writing. I saw many other buyers with bankruptcies and repo's who were able to make a purchase at Lenz. I didn't have these issues, but still thought my credit would be prohibitive. Mike contacted me and within an hour I was told they could pre-approve me. In fact, I was approved for a vehicle that was double the value than the one I wanted to purchase. Prior to Lenz, I absolutely hated the car buying experience. I always felt like shark bait. Mike put me at ease, quickly pulled up three vehicles of interest and gave me the keys for test drives. After my decision I waited maybe 10 minutes to see the financing department and was out of their office in 15 minutes with new plates and stickers. If you have any doubts about these reviews, I'd say just make the call or email contact. You will find all I've said to be true. Great experience. More

We phoned and talked to Brad Lenz and the only day we would be able to come up was on a Saturday and even then was going to be a rush, Brad stated that he would be willing to wait for us if he needed to, we also were able to be pre approved before we arrived at dealership. Upon our arrival he had the three trucks waiting for us outside with keys in ignitions ready for us to test drive. There was no salesman pressure and no feeling of obligation, we test drove and decided on one and about an half hour to forty five minutes we were on our way home with our "new to us" truck. This is my second truck I have purchased at Lenz and I will definitely be back for any future purchases, it was definitely worth the drive and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Drove down Saturday morning, got there about 8:30 and meet with Mike. He was very friendly and great to deal with. Took the first truck out for a quick test drive while Mike looked my truck over for a trade-in. Got back and talked to Mike about my trade-in and he got me a great price. Filled out the paperwork and was on my way home with my new 2012 F-150 Lariat by 10:30. Overall it was a great and very easy going casual experience.
