The specific model I wanted was not in stock and Mike made arrangements to have it delivered from Carson City and ready for me to take delivery that evening. The negotiation was a breeze, my expectations on my trade-in were realistic and I received a fair price for it. We hit my monthly payment target in two steps. We had an extremely positive experience leasing our new Suburu Forester at Elk Grove Suburu. While looking at several available cars on the lot, Mike shared the differences and similarities between the cars we looked at and what we should be looking out for. Mike is knowledgeable and super friendly which made us feel very at ease. Once we made our decision, Mike assisted in getting our leasing/loan documents processed and approved within an hour! He suggested some accessories to make our car even better and we took advantage of his recommendation. Elk Grove Suburu has a very nice showroom and the people there are very friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted warmly. No more than five after we got there, we were met by Mike who made us feel very welcomed and that we were his #1 client. Overall, I would highly recommend ElK Grove Suburu, and especially Mike Carlson, to all of our friends, family and co-workers! We love our new Suburu Forester! Thank you Mike!!! More
