I had an appointment for my annual inspection. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the dealership and connected with a service technician (Michael Carpenter) right away. Michael explained what would be involved in the inspection, checked for recall notices and pointed out some recommendations for other service. The inspection was completed within the promised time. And Michael was very helpful - I have mobility issues and it can be difficult to get around - he made sure that my car was parked close to the building and assisted me with getting out to my car. The staff member named Mike talks rudely on the phone when i called to get a receipt of the work done 3 weeks ago. No receipt was sent and he told me that it was sent and to check the spam folder. Says i when i called to get a receipt of the work done 3 weeks ago. No receipt was sent and he told me that it was sent and to check the spam folder. Says if its not there, drive up here to get it. While still on the phone, i checked and there is nothing in the spam folder and I asked him to resend it which he did not. Seems like too much work for him. At least he can be polite to his customer.
