Honest and great experience I have been looking for a certified CTS and after a search Delaware Cadillac had some options that were priced lower than anyone in the Philadelphia M I have been looking for a certified CTS and after a search Delaware Cadillac had some options that were priced lower than anyone in the Philadelphia Metro area. My wife and I took the ride from South Philly to see if we could make a deal on a CTS. Our situation was that we were in no hurry to purchase a vehicle unless it made sense. We worked with Mike Cassidy and explained our situation and price range we were comfortable with. Mike understood our goal and we looked at some options and test drove a few cars. This was the first test drive I had that took around 10 to 15 minutes and really gave me an idea of how the car drives. Mike and the finance department worked to get the price down for us. We were still above where we were comfortable with then Mike explained we could refinance the CTS that was slightly above our budget by getting my credit score a little higher. I never gave much thought to refinance a car loan but with his advice and knowledge of the auto industry that is exactly what I will do within the first year of owning this beautiful CTS. Also my wife has never really been a Cadillac person but our experience with Mike and Delaware Cadillac has really put Cadillac on her radar thanks to Mike Cassidy .......... Thank You Mike !!!!! More

New "Home" found after a long trip! I had been looking for a particular car for several weeks, and had traveled MANY MILES to MANY dealership's only to find the car's I had seen on their I had been looking for a particular car for several weeks, and had traveled MANY MILES to MANY dealership's only to find the car's I had seen on their website, and was supposed to be there on the lot per a prior phone call were either NOT there, or didn't look close to what the picture's on their website looked like. Disappointing! Then I spotted the car I was looking for on Delaware Cadillac's website. I called and spoke to Bob Dominick. I first asked him if the car was ACTUALLY ON THE LOT! I told him of my prior experiences and he wasn't surprised. From there we had a very friendly and lite hearted conversation about it and he went outside, in the cold to check personally to make sure it was there. It was and I made an appointment to see it. I was unable to make the initial appointment due to a family emergency and called Bob to let him know. He was very kind and wished me well in dealing with my family matter and said just give him a call when it was convenient to me. I did just that and then when I arrived at the dealership I met Mike Cassidy. First and foremost of importance to me is the relationship I have with my sales representative / specialist. I have to have confidence in their knowledge of the product, and feel they have a true interest in getting to know me and understand what I'm looking for. And I can tell you that's hard to find in the automotive sales industry today. But, I found just that in Mike Cassidy! I felt a true connection as soon as I met him. Now, I had a bit of a strange trip to finally get to the correct vehicle that fit my needs but that was not Mike's fault. But Mike was with me every step of the way with great support and guidance. Because of his true honesty and interest in my every need and concern I feel I have found more then just a new "Home" dealership to look forward to dealing with in the future, and most definitely will recommend to family and friend's, but also a good salesman I can call a friend. Someone to help guide me and other's I refer through the sometimes stressful process of finding and purchasing a new or used vehicle. Also, a shout out to Toni Spille in service. Her friendly personality and true concern to get my service needs addressed in a timely fashion was greatly appreciated since I live 2 1/2 hours away. If you are looking for a dealership with personnel who really seem interested in you and your vehicle needs then this just could be your new "home" also! More

Fabulous 1st time experience I had researched the Cadillac XT5 on line and decided to go to Delaware Cadillac to further investigate. Mike Cassidy was my salesman and greeted me w I had researched the Cadillac XT5 on line and decided to go to Delaware Cadillac to further investigate. Mike Cassidy was my salesman and greeted me with open arms. He was so very knowledgeable, not only about the XT5, but all cars in general. I fell in love with the XT5 after a test drive and decided to make a deal. The "dealing process" was made comfortable not only working with Mike but Carl ,our sales manager, made this process easy and really stress free. Jen handled all the paper work and that too went very smooth. Mike, Carl and Jen all worked together to make buying my XT5 a fabulous experience. I feel very comfortable contacting any of these folks if I need anything pertaining to my XT5 in the future. Great dealership with very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to dealing with the service department in the future! More
