But at the same time, he assured us that the features of the car and the price point were a "good deal". He assured us that the purchase would enhance our quality of living would be pleasing. Every obstacle to the sale was dealt ease. That helped us to feel good about the deal. We actually had fun. When is the last time you heard that about buying a car? NEVER!. We didn't get the snooty attitude that you get from high end car salesmen. We never felt that we were out of our element. Mike is a gem and should be treated as such. Not only did he listen to every detail about what we wanted in our car but he heard what we disliked as well. He took us on numerous test drives and we settled on "the one." Unfortunately when we came in it was being purchased at that very moment. Mike promised us that he would find another that we would love.....and he made good on his promise! He called to let us know that there were two possibilities that we would be interested in. We came in and purchased one that day.
