Mike is the man to buy a car from... no offense to the other wonderful sales people here. Mike knew the car from wheel to headliner, which offered me reassurance that I would receive help if needed in the future. He shared very interesting personal stories with me that kept me entertained through the process. I went to another dealer at first but hated them and had to return to buy my car from him. The ATS-V that I purchased has been a delight to drive. Mike was not pushy nor was John the manager. I plan on buying another car next year or after and will most definitely return to these guys... Please don't leave guys! More

Another car of the same year came in and he called us to come in and look at it. We liked that car, so Mike was able to make an even trade. He is always courteous and very professional. More

I had my last car for 16 years and was really dreading going to buy a new vehicle and sitting through hours of negotiations and tons of paper work. Their process was quick and seemless. I bought my car in September, and he's still very helpful to me whenever I call for any questions, no matter how quirky they may be.... I would totally recommend him to others!! More

Really...a VW Cadillac I was was looking for a newer Beetle as a trade for my older 2002 which still ran great. It was a hard search to find something that drove like my tu I was was looking for a newer Beetle as a trade for my older 2002 which still ran great. It was a hard search to find something that drove like my turbo manual shift, newer for obvious reasons and affordable. Delaware Cadillac had just one and that one was enough. The car wasn't all frills but handled better than more expensive ones I had test drove. Mike Cassidy , a Beetle owner himself, was the right man for the job. We exchanged pro and con views of what I had and what I was missing. He took me on the most extensive test drove I ever was on....which ultimately sealed the deal. I wasn't prepared to deal THAT day but I (with the help of a good supporting crew) signed off on it no more than 3 hours later. Mike...thumbs UP for effort ! More
