I had a 10am appointment for a service to install a part. Showed up a few minutes early and had to stand by my vehicle for about 15 minutes before being greeted and checked in. After about an hour I noticed my vehicle in a parking spot and thought that they have not even gotten it started yet which I was a little upset about but it is what it is. I let another hour go by and saw my vehicle was still sitting there so I asked what the deal was and they said it was done. So I had to sit around for an extra hour for no reason and had to ask before anyone decided to tell me it was completed. More
