The manager and employee was so rude to me. I wanted to purchase a toyota gr86 , however it took them forever to answer back . When I called them to address my concern, the manager was so rude to me and said get to the problem! I decided to buy my car from Twin City Toyota. Please make sure weiss Toyota gives proper communication and assistance to their customers the company needs training. More

Currently in the process of purchasing a vehicle FORD SHELBY GT350. Sales guy its pretty good Mike Collins, however Finance Managers are Rude.. MIKE CROSS to be exact, totally unprofessional, unmannered SHELBY GT350. Sales guy its pretty good Mike Collins, however Finance Managers are Rude.. MIKE CROSS to be exact, totally unprofessional, unmannered man. While trying to get wire instructions to finalize purchase at Navy Fed even the representative from Navy Fed notice how rude he was. It was like he didnt wanted to provide or assist in anyway with wire instructions. I would definitely avoid dealing with this guy. Hope other dont run into such unpleasant way of conducting business. More

I recently bought a RAV4 from Mike C and Mike I, with the help of Amy in the finance department. Not only was the experience easy, they were an all around incredibly caring team. These people actually care a help of Amy in the finance department. Not only was the experience easy, they were an all around incredibly caring team. These people actually care about you and want you to get the car you want without going above your budget or through all kinds of hassle. It was refreshing to know that there’s a car dealership out there that meets customer service standards and goes above and beyond!!! I’ll be sending anyone I can to these guys for business. More

Top notch dealership there amazing I have been an ASE master technician for 21 years. I do not work at Weiss Toyota. I have been in this industry for some time. I inquired about a 4 I have been an ASE master technician for 21 years. I do not work at Weiss Toyota. I have been in this industry for some time. I inquired about a 4 runner on line. Weiss Toyota was the first dealer to call me back to set up a time to visit their dealership. I work long hours and got there close to closing time. Salesman Mike Collins was absolutely wonderful to work with. He had a 2018 Toyota 4 runner premium on the lot and test drove it. They let me take it home because it was late to work out the finances. That's where Shane Thacker comes in, extremely great guy that got all the financial work taken care of. I bought this vehicle for my wife for our 20th anniversary, Mr. Collins even gave my wife flowers when the vehicle was delivered, a full tank of gas, and a free detail, with Toyota care. I hope I dont have to buy another one soon lol but if I do I'm going back to Weiss Toyota... thank you so much Josh & Angie Morton More
