Was lied to, and my advisor Andrew never returned any phone calls for 7 days my truck was in the shop. Service after the sale is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Would never use Jim butler again, just a phone calls for 7 days my truck was in the shop. Service after the sale is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Would never use Jim butler again, just a bunch of lies. Instead of fixing their problems they offer me reward points and 7 free car washes and 25% off my next service. More

I would like to start off with, the truck is nice and I like it a lot. But there was some issues. The front ground effect was falling off when I got home from the dealership. The truck was clean but not like it a lot. But there was some issues. The front ground effect was falling off when I got home from the dealership. The truck was clean but not detailed. I’m still vacuuming pet hair out of the back seats. Wiping dust off of seatbelts and inside of the glove compartments. The 3rd brake light on the truck isn’t working and on the driver side roof there is a piece of molding that comes unhinged at highway speeds. For paying 2500 for a certification, I don’t feel it was very certified and then buying a 3500 dollar extended warranty. I could of did without the certification and kept my 2500 bucks. I came to Jim Butler to get the best experience and came out feeling used. Thanks More

Mike in sales and Tara in finance were easy to work with. Both had great personalities and were very helpful...the only issue i had was that it took a very long time to complete the deal. My truck did not get fixed. A wrecker took in my truck on a Saturday.Left a message Saturday night explaining what happened Called Monday morning at 730am. and they told me they A wrecker took in my truck on a Saturday.Left a message Saturday night explaining what happened Called Monday morning at 730am. and they told me they'd call me back, I was told the service writers were too busy to talk.. Called back after lunch and was told my truck wasn't there. Had to call tow company to get exact location. Then they all of a sudden found it. Didn't talk to the service advisor Mike till later that afternoon. He was a really nice guy on the phone. I went up there around 4 to get my service rental and Valerie was very nice getting my rental. But picking up my truck I felt like I was bothering them asking questions. My truck isn't fixed. Called dealer and was told they couldn't get it in right away. So now I'm driving a truck that the starter turns when I try to use the bright lights and the horn. So I have no horn, NO bright lights, and my windshield washer doesn't work, which all are required safety features. My service advisor was a guy named Mike. I was told he was off when I called up to the dealer. The girl who answered had no concern for my situation. I picked 3 Mike's bc I didn't know his last name. More
