I pointed out that I have a concern with my bumper as it is giving me trouble since I purchased the Tahoe. (More to that story but moving on) It was essentially blown off and not addressed. They did do the oil change and tire rotation, but every single person blew me off when I brought up the bumper issue. I asked the service writer if it would be annotated when I brought it up and was told no it is cosmetic (It's not, I suspect an issue with the wheel well or suspension)and blew over the fact I pointed it out. It wasen't until I found my sales guy did anyone acknowledge my concern even then - no one inspected further than just looking at it. More
