No communication between coworkers. Everyone acts as if they are clueless, basically I was told cause of the market my alternative was either you will or you won’t and have a nice day. Everyone is looking to make money instead of being courteous and professional now. Second time I’ve been at this lot and didn’t walk away with a car, only thing I walked away with was 16 hard inquiries. More

Everyone walking into this dealership should be introduced to Mike. Definitely a people person with much knowledge of products and attention to detail. Easy process from start to finish. Mike was persistent without being pushy. I knew what I wanted, and they respected that and didn’t try to upsale or persuade me otherwise.
