I dealt mostly with David who was awesome but I also spoke with other service members who were just as polite and made sure I had all the right information. I was going to a different dealership to service my truck because the other one is closer but I was tired of my truck not getting fixed the right way and also it took weeks to get an apt. Scranton took my truck right away as I had to get my truck towed there and they looked at it right away and was able to fix it as well. Seeing I use my truck for work it was awesome to have it fixed right away. I am switching and now going to go to Scranton for all my service needs and will also look to get my next truck from them More
