Wow, this place is AMAZING. I’m so impressed! I walked in the service station as a first time customer. There were three men waiting inside the car bay. As soon as I parked the I’m so impressed! I walked in the service station as a first time customer. There were three men waiting inside the car bay. As soon as I parked the car and got out, the men went right to work! Inside, a lovely lady (sorry, bad with names :) helped me figure out how to use my GM rewards for payment of my oil change. I was only in the waiting area for 15 minutes tops and my car was done! And these wonderful people even washed my car for me too! I will DEFINITELY come back again, thank you to everyone in the service department, you are all AWESOME!! More

They were very friendly and helpful. They did exactly what I asked them to do. They even vacuumed my carpets which was a very nice surprise. The are also very reasonably priced. The dealership is good, service center could use an update on how to satisfy the customers. Better organization in that department would help. I can’t say enough about the Service Department. They always are so helpful when I call. They get me in very fast and explain everything to me in detail before doing any work on my car. Again, Mike Colon and his team never ceases to amaze me. In the current climate, when could you of imagined scheduling an appointment online for service on the next business day and receiving a phone call a In the current climate, when could you of imagined scheduling an appointment online for service on the next business day and receiving a phone call a couple hours later to learn the vehicle is completed and ready for pickup?! And that was the icing on the cake! It started with Jeff our service advisor contacting me directly per my wife’s request about 30 minutes after she had dropped off the vehicle. He explained what was wrong and my options in repairing it. I gave him the go ahead and he followed up, in no exaggeration less then a hour with the vehicle prepared to be picked up. This is unheard of. A week before, unknown to us we had a nail in our tire. We contacted the store and informed the service manager Mike that we have a tire warning on the dash and my wife doesn’t know what to do. We knew they were crazy busy but not by Mike. He said drive right down and he will see what he could do. Again less than an hour later, he shows up with a rusty screw in his hand and said, you’re all set. We found this guy in your tire and we fixed it. My wife reaches into her purse to grab her wallet(happily) and he stopped her and said, no worries, we took care of it! These folks are great. They always exceed our expectations and frankly who provides this level of service anymore. More

It was determined that my vehicle did not need many of the maintenance items it was scheduled for. I was impressed that the tech workers were honest and did not perform unnecessary work. Poor communication. Brought truck in for third time to fix issue. Service department stated they would fix the issue and still haven’t.
