Your service people treated me good. I was not happy with the process of diagnosis To take 2 hours to diagnose a master cylinder having a leak is unacceptable. At the rates you charge for labour I wou with the process of diagnosis To take 2 hours to diagnose a master cylinder having a leak is unacceptable. At the rates you charge for labour I would expect more professionalism when it comes to diagnosis. I understand from a business point of view you have to bill the mechanic's hours but I don't believe I should be charged for his inefficiencies. I believe being charged $600 to change the master cylinder and diagnosis it was just outrageous to me. The price of the master cylinder was fine as was the incidentals. When it comes to the quality of the work I would rate it only fair because the brakes still aren't a 100%. I fear bringing it back would only increase the diagnostics and labour charges against me. For these reasons I could not recommend your service department. More

Everything went smoothly. I only had one issue with the car, the radio stays on when the car is turned off and the door is opened.
