Everyone was very helpful and very accommodating enough though I forgot my appointment time and was giving a different time. Mike was very pleasant and kept me informed about what was wrong with my vehicle. Once they diagnosed the problem, Mike called me and gave me the amount. I reached out to let the dealer know that I was able to schedule an appointment online and when I got there they were closed, I was expecting more of a concern of the error. I thought they would have made an effort to then schedule me or offer me a discounted service for all the inconvenience, I decided to go elsewhere for the service. More

Sent my vehicle two time there for the same issue to get fixed. It was never resolved. Was told I wasn't going to get charged for the second time because it wasn't fixed the first time and the day I went t fixed. It was never resolved. Was told I wasn't going to get charged for the second time because it wasn't fixed the first time and the day I went to pick it up they ended up charging me the same cost for labor and the issue was never resolved. I told them what I had thought the problem was. They had the vehicle for about a month, not really sure if they did or didn't check or just cleared the check engine light and wasted my gas. The problem ended being exactly what I told them and was resolved at another dealership within a one week span.I will never go to this dealership for repairs again. Very disappointed and angry. More
