We are very disappointed with the last 2 services. My husband took the truck for routine maintenance which included flushes tire rotation fluid fill ups and checking the brakes. Brought it back needed rear brakes. Didn't understand how they didn't see that. Then got it back.. again brakes were still grinding a bit. He thought it was because they just did them. It got worse. So we took it somewhere else and it needed front brakes! We were charged half the price going somewhere else. Unreal. Very disappointed! I feel like this was done on purpose! So the routine maintenance was over $1000 and then the rear brakes they did was $800 and then took it else where and it needed the front brakes which were $475. When the truck was running fine all before the "routine maintenance" I am sorry, I will never purchase from them again. They need to make this right! More
