Frank Kern did an excellent job insuring my navigation system problem was corrected. As far as Scranton Motors is concerned, a fix (replacing SD card) was available and they could have fixed the problem s system problem was corrected. I like going to Scranton for my every needs. They are pleasant, courteous and honest professionals. They keep you informed of the progress and process of the work and their rates are really rea They are pleasant, courteous and honest professionals. I sometimes try going to other dealers but always find myself coming back to Scranton for a better service. I ONLY gave 4 stars because I wish they did body work as well and they don't. More
