High Touch Service, Low Key Vibe I had a great buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. My salesperson, Mike Perez, told me to bring in the best price that I found and I I had a great buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. My salesperson, Mike Perez, told me to bring in the best price that I found and I did. They met the price plus they handled the entire lease return of my Jeep. Barrington Motorwerks and MB Chicago told me that I was on my own for the Jeep. Overall, I had an easy buying experience and the dealership made sure that I knew all the details on the car. I also like the fact that they weren’t snobby and were very down-to-earth. I got a great price on fully warrantied GLB. Plus, my salesperson sent me a replacement license frame with my ala mater - just like the one that was on my Jeep. The finance experience was also very pleasant and easy. No hard sales. I think this is a start of a long relationship with MB of Hoffman Estates. More
