I used to own a Subaru, but the cost of maintenance was becoming too high for me to manage. After much consideration, I decided to trade it in for an electric car. Today, I brought my 2023 ChevyTahoe in for the third time to address water intrusion on the driver’s seat floorboard. The first two visits were unsuccessful in resolving the issue. Despite this, the dealer continues to request a 5-star review. It is challenging to provide a positive review when my vehicle remains unfixed, and the mildew smell is worsening daily. Tomorrow, I am scheduled to pick up my vehicle again. This time, I was informed that they sealed all around the body plugs as a precaution, indicating uncertainty about the root cause of the problem. This vehicle has only 18,000 miles. Shouldn’t I expect better quality from Chevy? I understand that the staff is doing their best, but as a customer who purchased this vehicle from a Chevy dealership in February 2024, I believe Chevy should stand by the quality of its vehicles. I am truly disappointed with this purchase and the troubleshooting efforts to address my problem. More
