I dropped my truck off at 11:30 with an appointment for oil change and tire rotation, there was also a piece on the cowling that needed to be reconnected ( this is the second tine needing this done) I call oil change and tire rotation, there was also a piece on the cowling that needed to be reconnected ( this is the second tine needing this done) I called twice and was told it’s being washed then the crawling was being repaired and final at 4:30 they contacted me that the truck was ready. When I picked it up it hadn’t been washed but I wasn’t about to worry about it at that point. More

I was mostly okay, but downgrade because I was handed a 2nd key fob that did not work. This should not happen on a certified vehicle and hope no other buyer has to deal with getting this situation correcte 2nd key fob that did not work. I spent at least 2 hours one day getting the problem fixed and then had to leave the vehicle with service a secongad day while the key fob was reprogrammed. Just not acceptable! More
