Never though we would buy a pick-up truck. Mr. Micheal Dabrowski and Paul Stokes made a difference in the Auto buying experienced. Mr. Dabrowski was very knowledgeable about the Ford vehicles a Mr. Micheal Dabrowski and Paul Stokes made a difference in the Auto buying experienced. Mr. Dabrowski was very knowledgeable about the Ford vehicles and different options. He very patiently and comprehensively explained the different options available between vehicles and had no reservations to take us for a test drive without being pushy or overwhelming. Mr. Stokes was very well prepared ahead of our interview with all financing option and assisted in selecting the option that was best suited for us.The vehicle was detailed and show room ready to be delivered at the time we sign the auto loan. Mr. Dabrowski easily set up the electronics to our needs, thoroughly explained the most import features and guided us to the source of additional information. My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the overall experience. Finaly never thought we will buy a truck, cant tell you how happy we are we did. We love our new F-150. More

Excellent Experience - Finally I had searched all over the Tampa area for a 2015/16 new Ford Edge with the features I wanted and the price I could tolerate, One of the last dealers I had searched all over the Tampa area for a 2015/16 new Ford Edge with the features I wanted and the price I could tolerate, One of the last dealers that I visited was Parks Ford. The Sales staff was relatively knowledgeable and friendly. As is typical with all dealers, we had to go through several offers-counters and a parade of management to get to a deal on a new 2015 Ford Edge Titanium. I am happy with the financial arrangements, but was less than impressed by parts/service. When I bought the car I went to the Parts Department and ordered a cargo mat and a rear bumper protector. "No problem. We can get those in a day and we will call you." After a week, there was no call and I found the OEM parts on Ebay even cheaper with free shipping. I ordered them. The day after I ordered the parts Parks Sales called to follow up on the purchase of the vehicle and to see if everything was fine. I told the salesman about my disappointment with Parts Department. The very next morning I got a call from Frank Lacey (Sales Manager) saying that "This is not the way we do business and I am committed to make this right with you." He told me to bring the parts in when I received them ant Parks would install them. The parts arrived in a couple of days and I took them up to the dealer and met with Frank. He immediately had the part put on my car and he insisted that Parks Ford reimburse me for the cost of the parts that I bought. He handed me a check on the spot and apologized for the lack of follow-up by the Parts Department. I was amazed at how much they wanted to "make it right". They turned around my negative opinion to a very positive experience. I believe Parks Ford tries to do right, but every now and then there are minor issues like mine. They don't see them as minor and worked hard to make me appreciate them....and I do. Oh, also, the delivery process was typically long in the Finance Department, but Brett, the salesman who delivered the car was extremely knowledgeable and bent over backwards to make sure we knew all of the features of the Edge. Great! More
