Friendly and excellent customer service I was greeted with open arms and smiles from the beginning of my purchase all the way till I pulled off of the lot. Poor Service Department My first trip to the service department was for an oil change. They told me it would only take 45 minutes, I waited in the lobby for 4 hours, with an My first trip to the service department was for an oil change. They told me it would only take 45 minutes, I waited in the lobby for 4 hours, with an infant!! If I was told in advance it would take that long, I would not have stayed. Never once did I receive an apology for the wait. My second trip I was charged $57 for them to change a light bulb. When I expessed my dismay, no one cared. More
