Friendly and excellent customer service I was greeted with open arms and smiles from the beginning of my purchase all the way till I pulled off of the lot. Mike also followed up with me to m I was greeted with open arms and smiles from the beginning of my purchase all the way till I pulled off of the lot. Mike also followed up with me to make sure everything went well and to answer my questions. Manager Bob Keller also made sure I was taking care of and was put in the best hands to buy my first new car. Overall excellent service and product. More

Poor Service Department My first trip to the service department was for an oil change. They told me it would only take 45 minutes, I waited in the lobby for 4 hours, with an My first trip to the service department was for an oil change. They told me it would only take 45 minutes, I waited in the lobby for 4 hours, with an infant!! If I was told in advance it would take that long, I would not have stayed. Never once did I receive an apology for the wait. My second trip I was charged $57 for them to change a light bulb. When I expessed my dismay, no one cared. More
