I was at the dealership for almost 4 hours. Then by my own fault for not reviewing everything I didn’t get the credit company I asked for. I made it clear to the salesperson which finance company I wante own fault for not reviewing everything I didn’t get the credit company I asked for. I made it clear to the salesperson which finance company I wanted to use. The finance department rushed me through after waiting for over 3 hours then without checking they slipped in their own finance company which had a higher interest rate than the loan I already had qualified for. Vehicle is nice but the overall process was not pleasant. Russ the sales guy was courteous and helpful. After I went back to complain I was told they would give me a $150 gift card to pay for 1/2 of the difference of the changed finance charge, but in order to get the card I was asked to change my review to 5*’s. I couldn’t in good conscience give that when I didn’t feel I received that service. Bottom line is finance guy admitted he should have told me of the change, when I refused to change the review I told them to keep the card and walked out. Lesson learned I suppose. More
