Mike is incredibly patient. My teething infant cried throughout the whole test drive and pretty much the entire purchase of the vehicle. He never once let on that he was bothered or annoyed by it and as throughout the whole test drive and pretty much the entire purchase of the vehicle. He never once let on that he was bothered or annoyed by it and assured me that, as a parent himself, he's been there. For that alone I give him 5 stars, but he is also a very thorough salesman and made sure I was completely comfortable with the vehicle and had all my questions answered before sending me off in my new car. 10/10 would recommend.
