This is the 4th Nissan that I have purchased from this dealership. The last three vehicles we got we had dealt with Maureen Vooz, John Arena and Mike Disora and I promise you I could not of asked for a be dealership. I never felt pressured or as if I was just another 'sale' I always felt welcomed, comfortable and at ease to be there (hence the reason it is my 4th Nissan with them in less than a 2 year time frame AND I live over 40 minutes away one way). My family and I all agree that we will NEVER go anywhere else ever again for any of our vehicle purchases OR repairs. I am convinced Maureen Vooz was the best possible sales person I could have had. She was extremely friendly and treated me as a friend/daughter, genuinely caring about the safety and value of the car I was person I could have had. She understood the strict budget that I was limited to and found a way to work with me, as did the business advisor (Mark Swoyer) and sales manager (Mike Disora). Overall, everyone was very friendly and eased my nervousness of buying a new car. Two of my other close friends have purchased used vehicles from Kelly Nissan as well and are both very pleased and referred me to the dealership.
