My experience at Kelly Nissan was great ! I want to say thanks to Scott Tophoney for answering any questions that I had and helping me pick the car for me . Im very honored to have delt with such great employees such as Scott Tophoney, Mike Disora and John Robert Lim. They did everything in their power to help me get this car. At first it was not looking good such as Scott Tophoney, Mike Disora and John Robert Lim. They did everything in their power to help me get this car. At first it was not looking good for me at all. I had no faith, that I would get a car. Scott told me dont worry have faith, we going to try everything to get you this car. Scott kept saying dont give up we working hard. Finally that one phone call that change my life for ever. Just the sound of Scott's voice telling me come pick up your car, I was shocked. All I can do was thank God and Scott for letting this happen. It's hard being with two kids and having to wait for someone to take you anywhere. I researched the cars available online first to narrow my choices. Kelly's website was very easy to use, and there was alot of information available. Scott Tophoney was my sales consultant, and he was very choices. Kelly's website was very easy to use, and there was alot of information available. Scott Tophoney was my sales consultant, and he was very informative without being too aggressive. After test driving a 2009 Altima, Scott presented the same Autocheck review that I had printed from the website. Scott also printed Kelly BlueBook information before we discussed pricing. Scott and Mike Desora worked with me on the trade-in value of my older Maxima. Mike also worked with John Robert Lim to provide warranty coverage that met my needs and that I could afford. I drove around for an hour after the purchase to get a feel for the car, and so far I am very pleased with my purchase. Everyone at Kelly kept working with me until we had a deal that both parties felt was fair. I will be recommending Kelly to anyone looking for a used car. More

Happy and satisfied aren't even the words to use by the time I left this dealership, even after. I was able to purchase a beautiful vehicle for a great price, which was not what I had originally expected. time I left this dealership, even after. Regardless of the expectations I had that I expressed to each person I dealt with, the customer service that I had recieved was superb and I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to do business with. I also recently had to have a service appointment for a flat tire I unfortunatley encountered and once again, amazing service. I have and will recommend Kelly Nissan of Rt 33 to any friends and or family I have looking for a new or used vehicle. It was a long process, don't get me wrong, but my salesman Ray Lavigne couldn't have made it anymore pleasentful than it was. My experience so far (just made the purchase today) has been exemplary! My sales associate, Scott Tophoney, was never pushy but rather helpful, courteous and patient. I had been looking for a while for exactly what I wanted and by chance on a Sunday drive I found it at Kelly. Within one week I was driving it home. We went back and forth trying to work a fair deal for both of us. I was afforded every courtesy including allowing me to bring in my own mechanic to go over the truck. When we arrived the truck was up on the lift awaiting our inspection as promised. Scott was off that night so Mark Soyer assisted us. Great guy! We found a few things that I felt needed to be addressed in order for me to purchase the truck. There were only three items I needed to seal the deal. I certainly didn’t expect the replacement of the tires I requested would be addressed because while they were near the end of their life they were still within inspection guidelines. I was very surprised when Scott contacted me after he and Mike Disora reviewed my proposal, which included me wanting more for my trade in value, and he told me that he could do no better on the trade, however, they would put new tires on for me. That sealed the deal for me. I got everything I wanted in one way or another. Finally, John Arena did a great job assisting me with the financing. Overall to this point I believe I got a good deal and was treated fairly. My experience was very positive and I hope that it remains this way. Judging from what I experienced in the past week, I believe it will. More
