These three individuals made my visit an easy experience. I called originally for information about a warranty service problem concerning an oil change. I explained it to Mike Evans (call center) who quickly solved the problem and had it approved by Mete Evans who actually met with me as I came in within 30 minutes; then I was quickly serviced thru the rest of the process by Service Consultant, Tanya Plutz. The customer service I received was more then I anticipated. What a pleasurable experience for me! I'm hoping these comments are passed on to their superiors, Job well done! A happy customer!
