Service said I had a huge oil leak costing over 1000 dollars. Second shop looked and there was no leak and they said there was so much oil spilled to look like it was leaking that they couldn’t even tel dollars. Terrible service dept. One year after I purchased my new Volvo from Culver City, a sensor started going off. It took me a FULL YEAR and three visits for them to admit to a problem and fix it. Beyond that, they were rude and dismissive. When I complained to the manager, he did apologize and said he would speak to the service agent. But he also said he would follow up with me, but he didn't. Terrible treatment for anyone let alone a repeat customer (I bought my previous Volvo here), but I will NEVER go back. Not only that, these people have soured me on Volvos. More

My new google system was glitching and my update wasn’t available yet to do on my own. I called the dealership and let them know my car was having issues. They got me in right away and fixed the issues and available yet to do on my own. I called the dealership and let them know my car was having issues. They got me in right away and fixed the issues and gave me the latest software update. Part of the new update is displaying the navigation in the center, somewhat the same as my 2021 Pre-google car. I love the new update and my new car. Thank you David and Rudy for always taking care of my car. More
