I had an excellent experience on Saturday, January 31st. I was unable to do my oil change on Friday, and was leaking some oil, so I sought an alternative place for an oil-change / check-up. I wish they had communication during the service as I was waiting during my oil change and it took 1.5hrs (got there at 730am). You just kind of sit there wishing for someone to come through the door. A video board telling you the stage your car is in for minor work (oil, rotation, etc.) would be very helpful. The waiting area was nicely stocked with drinks and snacks although I did not have any. More
