Appointment easy to make. Customer service was good. Found a problem with store during balance & rotation Did not discuss with me even though I was in the waiting room. Service Manager lacks accountability and has in my past experience with him about the service department. When I contacted him about the status of my vehicle when I was not contacted by the close of busin experience with him about the service department. When I contacted him about the status of my vehicle when I was not contacted by the close of business he replied that I was 30 minutes late (for a 1:00) appt. What he did not take into consideration was the car was going in for an oil change and on the drive over it began to overheat. Mike F was responsive and helpful with what turned out to be a coolant issue with my jeep. The quote to repair the issue was a new radiator and head gasket in excess of $4000. I had the head gasket repaired and did not need a radiator to resolve the issue for half the quote. More

I came to do business with this dealership with a concern I had from one of their other locations. CJ the general manager not only addressed my concerns and came up with a solution , also thanks to Mike Alt I had from one of their other locations. There caring for my issues and service going forward was the reason I bought a brand new dodge charger from their dealership last year And all of my 45 years of car buying experience I have never felt more comfortable doing business with a dealership that Executive Dodge jeep ram of Wallingford.
