Working with Jim was a great experience! We went in knowing we wanted a vehicle... other than that we were open to anything. After a few questions, he had it narrowed down to a couple of models / style knowing we wanted a vehicle... other than that we were open to anything. After a few questions, he had it narrowed down to a couple of models / styles. We were open to both used and new, purchasing and leasing, so we had questions and Jim had answers! We walked out happy with what we got and pleasantly surprised at how easy the paperwork was. There was also a guarantee to follow up with us and offered training for the technology side of the vehicle! Stress free and enjoyable. I haven't always been able to say that about getting a car!!! More
