Fast, friendly, and comfortable waiting space Lou Fusz has been a phenomenal choice for a car dealership. It’s easy to book an appointment online. They send me reminders on what services are due. Lou Fusz has been a phenomenal choice for a car dealership. It’s easy to book an appointment online. They send me reminders on what services are due. The facility itself is clean with friendly staff (Nicci and Crystal are my particular favs). I always opt to wait for my car, they make it easy with a large waiting area with options to sit at tables or comfy chairs, plenty of outlets, TV, WiFi, and a range of drinks. They always vacuum my car for me after the service. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They take all of the anxiety out of having to get your car serviced. More

“It’s as easy ad Pie” Jake was an excellent sales rep and Joe in Finance was easy to work with as well. Mike, the GM, was very visible and accessible. Mike Feinstein also did an exceptional job in helping as he did his best to try and find me my red Soul. I started out wanting a red Soul however there were none in the area. He brought a Soul EX that was Gravity Grey in color. I saw a touch of blue as he drove around the corner. I fell in love with the car. He made the rest of the buying experience easy.
