Lou Fusz Kia made my dream a reality! Mike, one of the Managers, as well as my sales women, Crystal helped me SO much! I had one credit issue that I thought would make it impossible to le Mike, one of the Managers, as well as my sales women, Crystal helped me SO much! I had one credit issue that I thought would make it impossible to lease a new Car, but Lou Fusz are so amazing at helping people in my situation get in the car of their dreams! And it actually was so fast and easy, that , dare I say, it was an ENJOYABLE experience! I went with Lou Fusz because they’re 3 generations family business, their community outreach that they do, and the people all that work their treat each customer as a member of their own family. Best Service Team I have been using the Lou Fusz Service Team for 20 years. I have been with them from the time that they were at Lindbergh and Manchester Road in the t I have been using the Lou Fusz Service Team for 20 years. I have been with them from the time that they were at Lindbergh and Manchester Road in the tiny little Kia dealership to when they transition to Lindbergh and Page and Now at their Gallery Dealership in Creve Coeur, MO. The outstanding automotive service and customer service that I have received throughout these years has made me a Lou Fusz Customer for life. I have had serious repairs and the team has always made it as pleasant as possible. Andy(Service Manager), Zack, Kevin, Nicki, Kevin, Lucas and Carl have always made me and my family feel like family, explaining what needs to be done and taking time to make sure that unnecessary repairs were not done. I want to give a shout out to John, Chris and Ryan back in the garage that do excellent job in repairing my vehicles in a timely manner. More
