Mike is my "Go To" guy at Metro ever since he helped me virtually purchase a Camry during the pandemic. His diligence and dedication to client service brought me back to him just last week when my desire w virtually purchase a Camry during the pandemic. His diligence and dedication to client service brought me back to him just last week when my desire was to trade in my Camry for an upgraded RAV4, wherein Mike yet again gave my goal top priority. All I had to do was show up for the test drive and in no time, he had me signing papers with Ryan and by closing time, the vehicle I dreamt of driving was mine. Most important to note especially in today's workforce, while many salespeople these days are done helping customers once the papers are signed, Mike graciously dedicated a good deal of his time to walk me through the dashboard functions, synced my phone, etc. He is truly an asset to both Metro Toyota and their customers. I purchased my very 1st car from Metro back in the 80's ... and hope to continue being their customer for years to come. More
