Respectful and fast. The work on my car was performed quickly - something that can be hard to do on a Saturday. Additionally, since I like washing my own car, I requested that it be left off and was happily obliged. The waiting room was well stocked with snacks and reading material and a big screen TV. It was a shame the work ws completed so fast! More

Problem never solved on a first visit I did complain many times about my brakes making some squeezing noise but it’s never been taken care of. Getting Better Under previous service manager, seems like this dept could not get anything right. Always seemed to be overbooked, no coordination between parts and s Under previous service manager, seems like this dept could not get anything right. Always seemed to be overbooked, no coordination between parts and service depts. I avoided them for quite awhile for that reason. However, since new service manager took over about a year or so ago, it has shown noted improvement. Service writer Eddie Goines has always been a standout for this dept, if it wasn’t for him, I would have gone elsewhere for my CX-5 and 6’s service needs. Kudos to Eddie! Doug Aldridge has also been good to work with. Sales dept has been great to work with, deserves five stars, and is the reason why I keep coming back. Mike Fresquez could not have done a better job helping me find what I wanted at the price I wanted. Next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, he is the first one I will call.....this review has been primarily for the service dept......overall I would rate the sales dept 5 stars and service 3 stars, but improving. More

Process made easy We had emailed back and forth before we went into buy the car and Mike never pressured me or tried to get me to add-on anything to our already agreed We had emailed back and forth before we went into buy the car and Mike never pressured me or tried to get me to add-on anything to our already agreed upon price. He also went through lots of options about trade-ins and financing but I never felt like he was trying to manipulate or trick me. I was very worried about buying my first car but he made it simple and painless! I would definitely buy another car from him in the future. More
