Received email 01/30/2023 stating the 2023 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid has arrived. went to dealership on 01/31/2023 to see Maverick and to go over financials. I have ordered previously from Gervais, and I can say that they have always been straight forward, no games. So, if you need a Ford got to Gervais Ford. On day 1 of our much anticipated vacation, we were driving from NJ to NH when our 2000 Ford Explorer had a transmission fluid leak and we ended up stranded in Ayer, MA. Little did we know then how for driving from NJ to NH when our 2000 Ford Explorer had a transmission fluid leak and we ended up stranded in Ayer, MA. Little did we know then how fortunate we were to have ended up at Gervais Ford. EVERYONE there was so friendly and super helpful. The part was no longer in stock as it's an older vehicle, but they were able to get some other parts and fix it so that we could continue on our way and not ruin our vacation. Everyone in the Service Dept was so kind and went out of their way to help us out. The mechanic thought outside of the box to figure out a way to get the Explorer fixed. I can't thank the folks at Gervais Ford enough for getting us on the road safely so we could enjoy the rest of the vacation. If we lived closer, they would definitely be the place we would go for all of our Ford needs. Thanks! More
