I bought a brand new Chrysler Town and Country from Michael Goldberg. My experience with him was a very pleasant one. It is odd to find a car salesman that you feel you can trust. I was happy with the price and I even ended up with navigation and pin striping. He did take the time to show me many of the features that the car has. Cliff the business manager was a little much (insert stereotypical car salesman image). But in the end he wasn't that bad (didn't try to sell me the undercoat and didn't push the extended warranty once I told him no." The car was in good shape. However I did find a cigarette lighter by the driver seat a day later. Was someone smoking in my brand new car???? I certainly hope not. Overall, if you are going to this dealership, I would go to Michael Goldberg to buy that car. If my next car is a Chrysler I would deal with him in a second. More

Michael made my new Jeep purchase a great experience. It was stress free and he was extremely accommodating to my tight schedule. so i purchased my 6th chrysler product, a 2011 durango. Mike Goldberg special ordered the car for me and kept me informed of the progress during the wait time. Then once it was built and shipped, it was goingf to take extra time for it to get to them from the depot in NJ. So the employees of Westbury went to NJ and picked up the vehicle and got it to me in the nick of time as i had to return my last leased vehicle. The customer service is 2nd to none there and i would never want to buy a car anywhere else, period. More

We generally don't like car salespeople but we liked working with Mr. Goldberg and John Cavolo (not sure of the spelling, sorry). Our car shopping experience started in Hempstead, where there are many differnt car dealerships. I wanted the Honda or Toyota but the prices were a bit high. The price that the Dodge dealer gave us in Hempstead was pretty good but told us we had to buy right away. I don't like the pressure so we walked away and continued shopping. My husband visited many dealers. We checked Consumer Reports and looked for used vans (Japanese- all expensive-even used prices!). So our search was narrowed down to the Chrysler mini van. We were very fortunate to be able to take advantage of the rebate (which ended today-9/30/11). My husband found the lowest price with John Cavolo and liked dealing with him, too- a big plus. He wasn't available when we were ready to sign the contract so Michael was assigned to us. He was very courteous and took us for a test drive and explained everything fully. We were comfortable with him and he really knew his stuff! Thanks, Michael! Thanks to these two gentlemen, we had a wonderful car buying experience and would definitely recommend them! More

My husband and I love the Jeep brand and have driven a Liberty for ten years. It was time for a new car. I was not comfortabel purchasing a new car due to prior experiances with car dealers giving misin Liberty for ten years. It was time for a new car. I was not comfortabel purchasing a new car due to prior experiances with car dealers giving misinformation, bending the truth and pushing the sale of a car or extras that I do not need. This was not the case dealing with Michail Goldberg at Westbury. He is very knowladgable about his cars he stayed late two nights to make sure our needs were met and all our questions were answered. Although the dealership was very busy he gave us his full attention and went above and beyond. We picked up our new car at night and wanted to see it in the light. Michael drove the car into the show-room so that we could inspect it! When the final bill arrived the price was exactly as we agreed; No suprises, no nickle and diming. We drove away in our new Jeep Grand Cherokee feeling content and very happy. I highly recommend Westbury Jeep and Michael Goldberg. More

My son was purchasing his first car and this experience could not have been easier. He chose a car which was not in inventory, but was located the next day. Michael Goldberg, the employee who handled the sale, fully explained and demonstrated all of the cars features and then my son happily drove out of the lot. Although the above experience is what one would expect as typical, I have experienced the polar opposite, when my older son purchased his first car at a different dealership. More
