Been in service dept twice for repairs I need. Both times told repair was done. Both time not fixed. Husband made one repair that they could have handled easily. Next one he can’t fix I’ve got extended warra told repair was done. Both time not fixed. Husband made one repair that they could have handled easily. Great Service Experience I love the Service Center. It’s so easy to drop off my car and wait. I never struggle to get an appointment. Extremely Satisfied Customer I was interested in a Toyota CH-R. After researching the vehicle online and asking a couple of different owners how they liked them, I went to Metro a I was interested in a Toyota CH-R. After researching the vehicle online and asking a couple of different owners how they liked them, I went to Metro and test drove one. I loved the car and was able to reach a fair deal with them very quickly, unlike other dealers where I've spent the whole day without coming to an amicable deal, only to be called days later with a new offer they could have tendered while I was there. They don't waste your time playing games, and I've always felt I was treated very fairly. I received a good offer for my old car and by trading it in, I saved on taxes on my new car and didn't have the hassle of selling my car to strangers. Jim Greenfield is extremely fair and knowledgeable, he is always honest and upfront, the same with Barry Greenfield and Jeremy McClish. I have sent several friends and family members to Metro, and every single person has been extremely pleased with their experience and thanked me for recommending Metro. More

They misdiagnosed my issue Took vehicle in for vibration when applying throttle. They told me it was my Driveshaft assembly. They charged me $1,175.00 to replace. I got the car Took vehicle in for vibration when applying throttle. They told me it was my Driveshaft assembly. They charged me $1,175.00 to replace. I got the car back and the issue was not fixed at all. Took it back in and was told what is causing the vibration is the transmission torgue converter , and quess what? It's covered by Toyota extended warranty. I have requested a refund for the misdiagnosis only to be blown off by the service manager who promised to get back to me. More
