Recent service review I bought my firstHighlander from Metro Toyota and second from Brunswick Automart. I have had them for a total of 16 years (10 with first one and 6 wit I bought my firstHighlander from Metro Toyota and second from Brunswick Automart. I have had them for a total of 16 years (10 with first one and 6 with current one). Have used Metro’s service with them since then. Their service department has gone down in the past few years. So I will not be returning to them after the current service done as I feel they didn't fix the original problem the first time (charging $70). Then the second time after my husband doing research and told them what the problem was spent 8 hours trying to figure it out and finally fixing it with a charge of $796+. After talking with them they “knocked off” $100 which in essence is only $30 since we already paid $70 for the first supposed fix! Even the corporate office was of no help! I’ve always loved my Highlanders and if I ever get another one I definitely will not be using Metro Toyota for my service and for that matter not as long as I have this Highlander.. More

We bought this car from Metro Toyota. 5 years later, we still received no pressure sales and service. I always took the Camry to Metro Toyota for any service needs (mostly maintenance and no real issue) and got exceptional service. I was rear ended last year with minor damage. The Metro Collision shop also had great service! I was thinking of checking out a Honda CRV, but never driven a Honda, so I at least I wanted to test drive one. Well, the salesperson at Honda acted like I was wasting his time when I asked to test drive one 3 times and got no literally response. It was no where near closing time either. Yet that salesman said the CRV was better then the RAV4. But not let us test drive one ? We left, drove straight to Metro Toyota and met Gary and he couldn't be any kinder. Thank you Metro Toyota! We love our new 2017 RAV4 XLE! More
