Not our first vehicle that we have bought from Metro. It’s our 3rd one and we’ll be back again. Excellent service experience! Staff was friendly. Service was fast. Cost of repair was reasonable and they were able to match a coupon from another dealer. Extra charge-headlamp not working I went in to have the low beam drivers side headlamp replaced. At checkout, I saw that I was also charged for the drivers side marker bulb, even thou I went in to have the low beam drivers side headlamp replaced. At checkout, I saw that I was also charged for the drivers side marker bulb, even though it was working at the time. When I went to my car, I turned on the front lights to check before leaving the premises. I found that the drivers side marker bulb was not even working. I had to go to the desk, tell them the problem, then wait for them to correct the mistake. The appointment ended up taking almost an hour, and, had I not checked the lights, I would have gotten home with a bulb that was not even working. More
