She took great care of my wife and I, answering all of our questions and letting us take a long test drive through town and up the freeway to really feel the vehicle. She was very patient showing us all the features and then assisting us through the entire sales process, even meeting with us several days later to give a thorough briefing of all the features we later had questions how to use. Manager Mike is a person of great integrity, he was honest and worked very hard to make a deal that we all felt great about! I have never purchased a vehicle with such ease and comfort... or as quickly. Mike said we are now part of the family, which often seems "folksy" when you hear that from care dealers but in this case I absolutely believe they meant it! The purchase experience was top notch from the moment we arrived on the lot to the moment we drove out in a new Mercedes... and, even after, when we had "tech questions". We are so happy with our purchase and will recommend Mercedes Benz of Salem to anyone. Go talk to them, they are low pressure, super cool and real people! More

Mercedes Financial Services Dealerships was good. My problem is with financial services. Although they carry Mercedes name they don’t seem to have any connection with dealers. B Dealerships was good. My problem is with financial services. Although they carry Mercedes name they don’t seem to have any connection with dealers. Beware that when you turn in your car, if you have recently made payment they do not prorate any portion back to the consumer. Also if you turn car back in good shape they give credit but back to their pocket! They claim this has been their practice forever! I realize don’t understand “Mercedes” letting them that advantage of clients. I have been with Mercedes for 30 years!! More
