Over the past 10 years, I have purchased over 11 vehicles for my family and I can say without a doubt that Acura of Salem (specifically the GM Octavio and the dealer principal) have the absolute worst busine for my family and I can say without a doubt that Acura of Salem (specifically the GM Octavio and the dealer principal) have the absolute worst business practices. From lying about the arrival of my vehicle to trying everything in their power to breach the contract, I had to result to bringing in management from Acura and Honda to intervene. They should be embarrassed not only at their failed attempts but for the xxxx poor treatment of their clients. The only thing they did right was hiring Mike Harder (Sales Manager) to help keep communications ongoing and Octavio’s comment of, “Sony, you’re a smart guy…” You’re right Octavio. I am. Stay away from this dealership and any associated with the Donofrios / Skyline Sales. More
