Unexpected purchase I stopped by to see the inventory available for a new vehicle I thought I might be interested in purchasing in 3-6 months. Jim Amerson came outside and greeted me in the cold drizzle and proceeded to speak with me about the options on the vehicle. I was not planning to purchase a new vehicle that day and I appreciated that he was not pushy. After speaking with him and learning about financing options, I ended up purchasing a new 2019 Highlander. I also enjoyed working with Mike Hardy in the finance department. I appreciated that Mike fully explained all my finance options. And Gary Soucy is the man when it comes to installing accessories!
