We have followed Mike Harlow and the service staff to Clarendon Hills following their move from the Lisle site - which is actually quite a bit farther from our home. This fact alone speaks to the experience we have had with their service. We recently have had body detail work completed on our Infiniti FX45. The work was very well done and was completed in a very timely manner. There remains little or no trace of the paint scratches, chipping and paint crackle which necessitated the work. Regarding the price experience this is an overall issue with Infiniti corporate's parts pricing rather than a comment on pricing at this location. More
